Interesting reading for those in the biotech community – the blueprint outlines the federal bioeconomy objectives and provides detail on the emerging bioeconomy. The report is attached for your convenience.
Federal objectives are: strengthening research and development, getting products from lab to market, reducing regulatory barriers, developing a workforce for the industry and fostering partnerships.
As part of our effort at NMBio to provide relevant programs for our members, we have had presentations from various speakers on topics that fit in with the above objectives, though not by design, but by reflecting on issues our members raise.
