A Preview of the 2023 Legislative Session
While candidates are entering the homestretch of the mid-term campaign season, we’re turning our attention to the major issues that the winners will be focusing their attention on when New Mexico’s 2023 legislative session gets underway in January. Brian Egolf, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Javier Martinez, House Majority Floor Leader, will discuss the major issues NM needs to tackle in the next legislative session, with a special focus on bills that will impact our state’s health care delivery system as well as reducing the total cost of patient care, including prescription drug prices. Beverages and food will be served. Attendance is limited to 50. RSVP/ASAP.
