Dear Members:  Thank-you, everyone, for a wonderful 2015 at NMBio and I appreciate your support of our trade association and your attendance at our monthly meetings.  It is always enjoyable to meet our members and guests, to share a great meal, and to engage in lively discussions with our speakers.  I constantly receive great feedback about New Mexico enthusiasm and the desire to grow our community.

As you have seen, 2015 has been a pivotal year for NMBio in having a new president, a new web site, a new Marketplace feature, welcome new sponsors, and a new executive director.  Your board has worked very hard to bring all of this about and it is only the beginning for many exciting plans in 2016.  The hiring of an executive director especially will allow us to bring exciting programs and events designed to raise our visibility and to offer many additional resources to the membership.  We look forward to Greg’s innovative plans and energy to make it all happen.   I know he will welcome your ideas and support.

January is our membership month and it is time to renew old friends and recruit new members!

We are therefore asking for your generous support and help in 2016 to renew your membership and to invite more bioscience professionals, companies, government, and academic organizations to become members and/or sponsors.  Please send in your renewal through our web site to Ingrid Baker, and invite your friends and colleagues to do the same.  We are anticipating the best year ever in 2016—please help us grow and support New Mexico’s bioscience community!
